Company: CVS Health Position: Senior Designer Openings: 2 Location: Remote Duration: 6 months + likely extensions Interview Process: First round with HM, Second round with other senior designers Competition: Yes Start Date: ASAP One opening will be working on an AI Major incident tool, which is a developer tool used to identify when there is a major incident within the CVS app or website, the other opening will be working on various security tools. Both will be very data visualization heavy. Must Haves: 8+ years of professional experience in UX design, with a strong focus on enterprise or technical products 5+ years applying user-centered design methods from discovery through implementation Expertise in user research and interaction or visual design 5+ years partnering closely with engineering teams and influencing product direction 3+ year working in agile, lean or iterative development environments Demonstrated experience designing for developer tools, infrastructure platforms, security products, or other highly technical domains Demonstrated experience designing for complex systems, data heavy interfaces and cloud based platforms Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Miro or similar Working knowledge of modern front end technologies and design systems (e.g., HTML/CSS, React, Angular, Material or enterprise design systems) Strong systems thinking, technical fluency, and ability to understand complex architectures and workflows Demonstrated ability to align design decisions to business goals and deliver measurable outcomes Full-stackstrong in both research and design Experience working on complex SaaS products, particularly in areas like security, developer experience (DevEx), infrastructure, or observability tools Comfortable operating in highly technical, complex environments and can translate that complexity into intuitive, well designed experiences Proven experience with: User testing Exploratory research Service design Journey mapping Stakeholder interviews Plusses: Any type of data visualization, designing for heavy data sets, developer tooling, understanding technical terms and tools Day to day: As a Senior UX Designer, you will shape the experience of complex, enterprise- grade platforms used by engineers, security teams, and infrastructure operators. This role focuses on designing intuitive, scalable, and high-value experiences for developer tooling, cloud platforms, and security products that power critical healthcare and pharmacy systems. You will lead design strategy and execution across cross functional product teams, guiding work from discovery through delivery. You will champion user centered design while navigating the unique challenges of highly technical domains - translating complex system behaviors, workflows and data into clear, usable, and efficient experiences. This role requires expertise in enterprise UX, especially for developer, infrastructure, and security tooling, along with a strong interest in AI-enabled tools and design practices. You will leverage AI tools to accelerate UX outputs while applying strong design judgement, technical fluency, and responsible AI practices, in addition to helping define good use and application of AI in enterprise tools.
