The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to implement and support expense management and travel automation processes. Key Responsibilities SAP Concur Configuration & Administration Configure and maintain: SAP Concur Expense SAP Concur Travel SAP Concur Invoice Manage approval workflows, expense policies, audit rules, and user administration. Configure expense types, reimbursement processes, and reporting structures. Business Analysis Gather and analyze business requirements. Translate business needs into SAP Concur configurations and solutions. Recommend process improvements and automation opportunities. Integration & Data Management Support integrations between SAP Concur and: SAP S/4HANA SAP ERP HR systems Financial systems Corporate card providers Validate data flows and troubleshoot interface issues. Testing & Support Prepare and execute: Functional Testing System Integration Testing (SIT) User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Regression Testing Support system upgrades, releases, and enhancements. Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolutions. Reporting & Compliance Create and maintain expense and travel reports. Ensure compliance with company travel and expense policies. Support audit and compliance activities. Required Skills SAP Concur Strong hands-on experience with: SAP Concur Expense SAP Concur Travel SAP Concur Invoice Workflow configuration. Expense policy configuration. User administration and role management.
