Key Responsibilities: Provide L3-level support for mission-critical Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments Troubleshoot complex OS, storage, network, performance, and application-related issues Manage and support Red Hat Cluster environments to ensure high availability Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions Automate system administration and configuration management using Ansible Implement system hardening, patching, upgrades, and security best practices Conduct performance tuning and capacity planning Collaborate with application, network, storage, and security teams Support Linux workloads running on AWS (EC2, EBS, VPC, IAM) Participate in production support and on-call rotations Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures Required Skills: Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) Linux Administration & Troubleshooting Red Hat Clustering Ansible Automation Performance Tuning & System Hardening Root Cause Analysis (RCA) AWS (EC2, EBS, VPC, IAM) Production Support Experience Note: This email and any attachments are confidential and may contain privileged information intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to which they are addressed.
