The ideal candidate will provide hands-on leadership across OFSAA FCCM, Oracle databases, ETL/IETL processes, scheduling frameworks, and production support while ensuring compliance with regulatory and audit requirements. Key Responsibilities Technical Architecture & Platform Ownership Own the end-to-end technical architecture of the OFSAA Transaction Monitoring platform. Define and enforce technical standards, architecture patterns, and engineering best practices. Drive platform modernization, performance optimization, cloud readiness, and scalability initiatives. Evaluate and implement platform enhancements and technical improvements. OFSAA FCCM Engineering Lead design, development, and support of OFSAA FCCM Transaction Monitoring processes. Manage TM batch processing, Entity Resolution (ER), alert generation, reconciliation, validation, and lookback processing. Design and maintain AutoSys job scheduling, dependencies, restart mechanisms, and recovery strategies. Review and approve technical designs, runbooks, implementation plans, and deployment procedures. Oracle Database & Performance Management Perform advanced Oracle SQL development and performance tuning. Optimize database performance through partitioning, indexing, statistics collection, and query tuning. Troubleshoot complex database and batch processing issues. Production Support & Incident Management Serve as the highest technical escalation point for OFSAA TM production incidents. Conduct root cause analysis across OFSAA, Oracle, ETL, scheduling, and file ingestion layers. Implement permanent solutions for recurring production issues and performance bottlenecks. Proactively identify technical risks and implement preventive measures. Data Quality & Controls Design and implement technical data quality controls and reconciliation frameworks. Ensure data integrity between source systems, staging environments, and OFSAA TM repositories. Partner with Data Governance and Controls teams to establish preventive and detective controls. Regulatory & Change Delivery Lead technical delivery of: Scenario tuning Threshold changes Lookbacks Regulatory enhancements Compliance-driven initiatives Ensure SDLC compliance, audit readiness, traceability, and testing standards. Support regulatory exams, audits, and model risk reviews with technical documentation and evidence. Technical Leadership Mentor developers, engineers, and vendor resources. Conduct code reviews, SQL reviews, and architecture assessments. Act as the technical liaison between AML business stakeholders and engineering teams. Drive engineering best practices and knowledge sharing. Required Skills AML & OFSAA Strong hands-on experience with: Oracle OFSAA FCCM (Financial Crime & Compliance Management) Transaction Monitoring (TM) AML platforms Deep understanding of: Alert generation Entity Resolution (ER) Lookbacks TM batch processing Database & Data Engineering Oracle SQL Database performance tuning Partitioning Indexing Database troubleshooting Scheduling & ETL AutoSys ETL / IETL Informatica File ingestion frameworks Reconciliation processes Infrastructure & Support Linux/Unix scripting Batch operations Production support Incident management Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud migration or modernization of OFSAA/FCCM platforms. Experience with high-volume payments systems. Exposure to real-time transaction monitoring solutions. Experience supporting regulators, auditors, and model risk management teams.
