The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing cutover strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, conducting mock cutovers, and ensuring a seamless transition into production with minimal business disruption. Key Responsibilities Cutover Planning & Strategy Define and manage the overall cutover strategy, including timelines, milestones, roles, responsibilities, and readiness criteria. Develop detailed cutover plans, execution schedules, dependency maps, and runbooks. Coordinate planning activities across technical, functional, infrastructure, and business teams. Ensure alignment of all workstreams for successful production deployment. Mock Cutover & Readiness Plan, coordinate, and lead mock cutovers to validate processes, environments, and operational readiness. Identify risks, issues, and process gaps, and drive corrective actions. Capture lessons learned and update cutover plans based on mock execution outcomes. Conduct readiness reviews and obtain sign-offs from stakeholders prior to production cutover. Dependency & Execution Management Manage dependencies across application, infrastructure, data migration, integration, and business teams. Define the execution sequence for all cutover activities and ensure timely completion of tasks. Monitor progress during UAT, blackout periods, and production go-live. Act as the central point of coordination during cutover execution, escalating issues and driving resolutions. Go-Live & Hypercare Lead production cutover activities and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards. Coordinate with support teams during post-go-live stabilization and Hypercare. Track and report cutover progress, risks, issues, and status to project leadership. Risk & Stakeholder Management Identify and mitigate risks throughout the cutover lifecycle. Facilitate communication between business, technical teams, vendors, and project stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive documentation, including cutover plans, execution reports, issue logs, and decision records. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. 812 years of experience in Cutover Management, Program Management, Project Management, Release Management, or enterprise transformation initiatives. Proven experience managing cutovers for ERP, HCM, SCM, CRM, cloud migration, or large-scale digital transformation projects. Strong understanding of: Data Migration Environment Management Release and Deployment Management IT Change Management Production Go-Live Processes Experience working in multi-vendor and cross-functional project environments. Excellent planning, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies. Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, ServiceNow, Confluence, or Smartsheet. PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile, or Scrum certifications are an advantage. Key Competencies Strong leadership and execution skills. Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
