This is a Contract-to-Hire role with an on-site requirement in South Minneapolis and a targeted mid-July start.Key Details Role: Jr. Business Analyst Start: Mid-July (target) Engagement: Contract to Hire Work location: On-site (South Minneapolis, MN)Primary Responsibilities Work with stakeholders in Finance and Supply Chain to gather and document business requirements. Support NetSuite-related tasks: basic configuration assistance, testing, and validation of processes. Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT), documenting test cases and defects. Create clear process documentation and functional specifications for small enhancements or process changes. Collaborate with technical teams and end users to ensure requirements are translated into solutions.Required Skills & Qualifications Some exposure to NetSuite (configuration, modules, or functional knowledge). Understanding of finance processes (AP/AR, general ledger, reporting) and basic supply chain concepts. Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and basic testing. Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills. Willingness to work on-site in South Minneapolis. Prior experience supporting ERP implementations or upgrades. Experience creating process flows, test scripts, or training documentation.
