Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master in Agile/SAFe environment. Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Retrospective, Refinement). Expertise in Jira and Confluence. Backlog, sprint, capacity, velocity, and release management. Stakeholder management and team coordination. Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, CI/CD, and DevOps basics.
