This is not a MuleSoft development role-the focus is on Production Support and SRE Operations for enterprise integration and e-commerce platforms. Key Responsibilities Provide SRE support for Integration and E-Commerce platforms Troubleshoot and resolve P1/P2/P3 production incidents related to APIs and integrations Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions Monitor system health using observability tools and analyze logs/metrics Support end-to-end integration flows and API reliability Collaborate with development, business, and cross-functional teams Improve monitoring, alerting, automation, and system reliability Support production deployments, release validations, and environment health checks Maintain runbooks, SOPs, and knowledge base documentation Participate in on-call production support rotation Required Skills Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Production Support MuleSoft (Support Experience) REST APIs JSON & XML Java-based Services Splunk Dynatrace LogicMonitor Azure Monitoring API Integrations Incident Management Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Agile / Scrum Preferred Experience E-Commerce Platforms (AEM, Magento, PIM, Coveo, etc.) Distributed Systems API-led Connectivity Production Deployment & Release Support Note: This email and any attachments are confidential and may contain privileged information intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to which they are addressed.
