This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise planning data integrations, automating financial planning and close processes using Oracle Cloud EPM AI capabilities, and enabling seamless integration across Oracle ERP, EPM, analytics, and enterprise data platforms. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on expertise in Oracle EPBCS, Oracle Data Integration/Data Exchange, REST APIs, automation scripting, Linux, and emerging AI-driven capabilities within Oracle Cloud EPM. Key Responsibilities 1. Oracle EPBCS Development & Administration Configure, enhance, and support Oracle EPBCS applications including: Financials Capital Expenditure (CapEx) Projects Assets Custom Planning Models Design and maintain integrations between Oracle ERP, flat files, and Snowflake data sources. Develop integrations across Oracle EPM applications to support reporting and planning. Optimize metadata management and synchronization using Oracle Enterprise Data Management Cloud (EDMCS). Build and maintain outbound integrations for downstream reporting platforms, including Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI). 2. Data Integration & Automation Design, develop, and support end-to-end data integration processes using: Oracle Data Integration Data Exchange Data Management (FDMEE concepts) EPM Automate REST APIs Linux scripting and automation Key responsibilities include: Automating metadata loads Actuals data ingestion Forecast refresh processes Scenario rollovers Data validation and reconciliation Troubleshooting integration issues, mappings, and business rules Performance tuning of integration processes 3. Oracle EPM AI Agent Enablement Implement Oracle Cloud EPM AI Agents and intelligent automation solutions to improve Finance operations. Responsibilities include automating: Data validation Variance analysis Intercompany reconciliation Narrative reporting Financial close task orchestration Additionally: Develop AI-driven anomaly detection and forecasting insights. Collaborate with Oracle Product teams and enterprise AI architects to leverage emerging Oracle AI capabilities. Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through AI-enabled workflows. 4. Finance Transformation Delivery Partner closely with Finance and Data stakeholders to deliver scalable Enterprise Performance Management solutions. Responsibilities include: Translating Finance business requirements into technical EPM solutions Designing source-to-target data integrations Supporting transformation initiatives for: Monthly Close Rolling Forecasts Annual Planning Long-Range Planning Ensuring compliance with enterprise data governance and reporting standards Supporting continuous process improvement initiatives 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Finance, ERP, Data Engineering, Analytics, and Reporting teams. Produce technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and user training. Support production deployments and issue resolution. Engage with senior Finance leadership including CFO, Controller, and FP&A teams. Required Qualifications 510+ years of hands-on Oracle EPM Cloud experience with strong expertise in Oracle EPBCS. Extensive experience with: Oracle Data Integration Data Exchange Data Management (FDMEE concepts) EPM Automate Strong experience with REST APIs, automation scripting, and Linux. Experience implementing Oracle Cloud EPM AI Agents or comparable AI-driven automation solutions. Solid understanding of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, financial close, and corporate finance processes. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Oracle FCCS, ARCS, or PCMCS. Background in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A. Experience supporting large-scale Finance Transformation or ERP modernization programs. Familiarity with: Snowflake Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) Enterprise data platforms Previous consulting experience with leading firms such as Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, , or Oracle Consulting. Oracle Cloud EPM certifications are highly desirable. Soft Skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Comfortable interacting with executive Finance leadership.
