Role Summary: Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions that support marketing campaigns and customer engagement. Provide technical leadership, drive solution architecture, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned AI solutions in an enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of data scientists delivering AI/ML solutions. Design, develop, deploy, and monitor ML/GenAI models for marketing and customer engagement. Drive technical architecture, solution design, and implementation. Analyze large datasets to generate business insights and predictive models. Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and DevOps teams. Integrate AI solutions into applications using APIs and cloud platforms. Present insights and recommendations to business stakeholders. Ensure Responsible AI, MLOps, governance, and production reliability. Stay updated on AI, ML, and GenAI advancements. Required Skills & Experience Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field. 8+ years of AI/ML or Data Science experience. 5+ years in insurance or financial services, preferably in marketing/customer analytics. Strong Python, SQL, statistics, and exploratory data analysis skills. Experience building and deploying production ML/GenAI solutions. Hands-on experience with Azure ML/Databricks and cloud-based ML development. Knowledge of Responsible AI, model monitoring, and MLOps. Experience with Power BI and/or Domino Data Lab. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Experience with RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, and LLM evaluation. Hands-on experience building GenAI applications such as chatbots, document Q&A, summarization, and knowledge retrieval. Employee benefits domain experience is a plus.
