Key Responsibilities AI & Machine Learning Leadership Lead a team of Data Scientists in designing and delivering enterprise AI and Machine Learning solutions. Provide technical leadership for AI/ML architecture, model development, deployment, and production support. Drive AI strategy aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards. Own technical decisions, project delivery, production stability, and solution quality. Machine Learning Development Design, develop, train, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models. Build predictive analytics solutions supporting: Marketing Campaigns Customer Engagement Customer Segmentation Revenue Optimization Personalization Develop statistical models and predictive algorithms using Python. Optimize models for scalability, performance, and reliability. Generative AI Design and implement Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs). Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications. Develop AI-powered solutions including: Chatbots Document Q&A Knowledge Retrieval Summarization Implement Prompt Engineering and LLM evaluation techniques. Integrate Vector Databases into enterprise AI solutions. Data Science & Analytics Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA). Analyze complex datasets to identify business insights and trends. Build predictive models to improve customer engagement and marketing effectiveness. Apply advanced statistical methods for business decision-making. Cloud & AI Platforms Develop AI solutions using Microsoft Azure. Build scalable cloud-native AI applications. Utilize Azure ML and cloud-based ML platforms. Optimize AI workloads for cost and performance. Platform Integration Deploy AI solutions using APIs, SDKs, and Microservices. Integrate Machine Learning models into enterprise applications. Support both real-time and batch inference pipelines. MLOps Implement CI/CD pipelines for Machine Learning solutions. Monitor model performance and production health. Implement model governance, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
