The candidate will ensure that the Instances and applications are maintained properly and will work independently and with direction to resolve defects and deliver enhancements. They will work in a consultative manner gathering business requirements of internal customers, assessing business needs, and designing and developing business solutions. Some independent projects include workflow design, technical design, and rewriting module code, forms, and workflows. SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS/ACTIVITIES SUMMARY: Administer 4 ServiceNow Instances with various modules including ITSM, ITOM, SPO, SPM, and Workflow Data Ensure ServiceNow systems are maintained and enhanced according to industry best practices. Develop ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Discovery and Integration Hub and other applications as needed Assist in the design, development and implementation business applications within ServiceNow Experience in scripting language(s) like JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix , Windows Utilize Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs and other aspects of the ServiceNow system Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs Experience with Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro using CSS, HTML, Angular JS.
