The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power BI, DAX, SQL, data modeling, and Azure-based data platforms. Experience working in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), or Capital Markets environments is highly preferred.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports. Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions. Develop efficient data models using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query. Build reports and dashboards using enterprise data from SQL Server, Azure SQL, Databricks, APIs, and other sources. Create KPIs, scorecards, and executive dashboards for business users. Optimize report performance and troubleshoot data or visualization issues. Implement Row-Level Security (RLS), security models, and governance standards. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting solutions. Collaborate with Data Engineers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle. Support deployment, maintenance, and end-user training for Power BI solutions.Required Skills 38 years of experience in Power BI development. Strong expertise in: Power BI Desktop Power BI Service DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) Power Query (M Language) Advanced SQL skills for querying and data transformation. Strong understanding of data modeling and star/snowflake schema. Experience with ETL concepts and data warehousing. Hands-on experience with: SQL Server Azure SQL Database Azure Synapse Analytics Azure Data Factory Databricks (preferred) Experience with Report Builder and Gateway configuration. Knowledge of Row-Level Security (RLS). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
