Key Responsibilities: Provide /L3 support for SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Enterprise Search, and Stream Develop and maintain SPFx solutions (web parts, extensions) Build and implement SharePoint governance and automation solutions Design and manage SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and permissions Troubleshoot platform issues and perform root cause analysis Collaborate with business teams for requirements gathering and solution delivery Technical Skills: -Strong expertise in: SharePoint Online (Modern sites, admin, governance) Development experience in: SPFx (React, TypeScript, JavaScript) Hands-on with: Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, CSOM, Power scripting for SharePoint automation Knowledge of: Enterprise Search Configurations Azure integrations (App Services, Web Jobs) Qualifications bachelors degree in computer science/IT Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Experience in production support environments Certifications (Preferred) SharePoint / M365 / Azure certifications Key Competencies Strong stakeholder communication Problem-solving mindset Ability to work in fast-paced support environments.
