The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in SharePoint Online development, administration, governance, automation, and production support. This role requires expertise in building modern SharePoint solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), integrating with Microsoft 365 services, and developing scalable enterprise applications. The successful candidate will provide /L3 production support, troubleshoot complex issues, automate administrative tasks, and collaborate closely with business stakeholders to deliver secure, high-quality SharePoint solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions using SharePoint Online (Modern Experience). Develop custom SharePoint Framework (SPFx) web parts and extensions using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript. Provide /L3 production support for SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Stream, and Enterprise Search. Design, configure, and manage SharePoint sites, site collections, document libraries, lists, metadata, content types, and permissions. Build governance, compliance, and automation solutions for enterprise SharePoint environments. Develop automation scripts using Power for administration, provisioning, reporting, and governance. Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services using Microsoft Graph API, REST APIs, and CSOM. Configure and optimize Enterprise Search, search schemas, managed properties, and search experiences. Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Support SharePoint migrations, enhancements, upgrades, and modernization initiatives. Ensure platform security, governance, compliance, and best practices across Microsoft 365. Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks. Participate in code reviews, testing, release management, and production deployments. Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise collaboration solutions.
