Ability to apply these skills to new project request and defect resolution. Defines the functional, non-functional, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements as a business subject matter expert. Acts as a liaison between IT and business partners to ensure the technical solutions being developed will satisfy the needs of the business. Assists with developing and documenting use cases. Leads system requirements gathering and definition meetings. Participates in architecture design meetings, testing meetings, and implementation support meetings. Assists in the development of system training documentation. Understanding of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Lean and Kanban. Ability to write Agile User Stories using Gherkin statements to define the acceptance criteria. Ability to perform data mapping between many different systems. Must have technical skills and experience: Insurance, API, SQL, NoSQL databases, Data Warehousing, Integration, Data Mapping Preferred technical skills and experience: Swagger, json, XML, Postman, SoapUI Job Requirements Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. Field of Study: Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
