No Exceptions! Job Description: Provide production support for eVA Develop new reports and correct existing reports Perform data extracts in support of customer requests. Assist in troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance for eVA Billing Provide user training and documentation. Provide technical documentation, particularly around the site configuration and security standards. 5+ years of experience in report development using a report writer Required 2 + years of experience with Logi report writer Required 5+ years of experience in developing using Oracle databases. Required 5+ years of experience in Javascript. Required 2+ Experience in supporting procurement systems. Required Experience with Oracle stored procedures. Required Experience with Crystal Reports Required Experience with Office 365 Microsoft tools including Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint Required Strong communication and personal management skills. Required Demonstrated analytical capabilities. Required Can effectively identify and resolve problems.
