This role bridges business needs with technical execution, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities 1. Architectural Design & Strategy Define and design high-level architecture for ServiceNow solutions across modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, and SPM. Develop architectural blueprints, standards, and best practices. Align ServiceNow architecture with enterprise IT strategy and digital transformation goals. 2. Technical Leadership Provide guidance and mentorship to developers and implementation teams. Ensure adherence to architectural standards and coding best practices. Lead technical design sessions and code reviews. 3. Solution Implementation Oversee the development and deployment of ServiceNow applications and custom modules. Ensure solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure. Lead complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SAML, and middleware platforms. 4. Stakeholder Engagement & Governance Present architectural decisions and roadmaps to executives, including CIOs and CTOs. Conduct workshops, demos, and technical presentations. Establish governance frameworks for ServiceNow development and deployment. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 7+ years of experience in IT, with 3+ years in a ServiceNow Architect role. Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and modules. Strong experience with JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.
