Business Justification The EBR solution is required to: Reduce batch record-related errors Automate batch record capture and management Improve accessibility to manufacturing records Provide a clear audit trail Increase operational efficiency Reduce manufacturing lead times Role Scope & Deliverables As an IT Business Analyst at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will bridge business needs with technology solutions to support manufacturing operations and digital transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities. Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements. Create and maintain user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements sessions. Work closely with Manufacturing Operations teams, primarily within the Frederick, MD facility. Support Agile project delivery and ensure successful solution implementation. Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and end-user training activities. Manage stakeholder expectations and project communications. Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
