Position: OFSAA Transaction Monitoring Technology Lead Location :: Remote We are seeking an experienced OFSAA Transaction Monitoring Technology Lead to own the technical design, development, and support of the OFSAA Transaction Monitoring platform for enterprise AML programs. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in OFSAA FCCM, Oracle Database, ETL/IETL, AutoSys, SQL, and Transaction Monitoring. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical design, development, and support of the OFSAA Transaction Monitoring platform. Develop and maintain OFSAA TM jobs, ETL/IETL pipelines, and AutoSys scheduling. Optimize Oracle SQL performance, partitioning, and database tuning. Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis. Implement data quality, reconciliation, and monitoring controls. Support regulatory changes, audits, and AML compliance initiatives. Mentor engineering teams and drive technical best practices.
