This includes directing resources in a matrixed organization and coordinating the efforts of team members to deliver projects according to plan. The Technical Project Manager will also define the projects objectives, participate in projects planning and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. Responsibilities Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support the business goals and requirements in collaboration with colleagues, senior management and stakeholders from Customer Services team. Facilitate Gap analysis and Business process mapping As Is vs To Be workshops with IT and Business Partners. Proactively manage changes in project scope to maximize success and minimize risk to stakeholders and the company Meet with stakeholders to take detailed objectives and clarify specific requirements for the agreed scope of the project(s). Develop complete project plans and associated communications documents. Apply Siemens Healthineers project them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify Successful and unsuccessful project elements. Requirements: - Help visualize big picture of End to End Service setup to provide technical design for project that requires strong technical knowledge of ERP SAP CS / SD module & field services mobile solutions and other web based solutions. - 10+ years of Technical Project Management experience in Customer Services area preferably in SAP SD and/or SAP CS modules.
