Must Have Technical/Functional Skills 710 years of experience in EPBCS modules Extensive experience developing and maintaining EPBCS applications. Expertise in developing complex Business Rules and calculation scripts Expertise in writing groovy scripts. Proficiency in the Data Management module and EPM data integration. Experience automating PBCS operations. Familiarity with Smart View, FR Reports, and other EPM reporting tools. Strong understanding of financial systems, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Basic SQL knowledge, and experience with Unix/Linux platforms is often a plus. Ability to create and document scalable solution designs Roles & Responsibilities Application Development: Design and build EPBCS solutions, including ASO/BSO cubes, complex Business Rules, Data Maps, and Smart Push jobs. Technical Expertise: Manage metadata structures, develop and configure forms, dashboards, and reports, and automate processes using EPM-Automate. Data Integration: Integrate EPBCS with other ERP systems, designing and developing data integration solutions. Testing & Deployment: Develop and execute test cases for system validation and manage the deployment of new features and enhancements. Documentation & Training: Prepare technical and functional documentation, training materials, and conduct training sessions for end-users. Post-Implementation Support: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing support to users. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, gathering requirements, and communicating project updates. Functional Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and relevant financial statements to design effective solutions Generic Managerial Skills, If any Stakeholder management engaging CFOs, Controllers, Finance leadership. Excellent communication & presentation skills for business and technical audiences. Strong project management and Agile/Scrum methodology experience. Mentoring/leading functional consultants and developers.
