http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=3522503&uid=6c3d3edff79647dd9af1719ffb61f8fa From: Priyanshi Baghel, Vyze inc [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Description - Business Analyst Records Management System (RMS) Modernization Location: Tallahassee, FL (Onsite) Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension) Need Local Candidate with LinkedIn Interview Mode- In person Position Overview Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of Business Analyst experience on enterprise IT projects 3+ years of experience gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements 3+ years of experience integrating multiple systems/applications 3+ years conducting JAD sessions with cross-functional stakeholders Experience creating use cases, traceability matrices, test plans, and test scenarios Experience with System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and automated testing tools Strong knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) Excellent communication, documentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in a related field Experience with Java/J2EE/JSF environments MS Visio JIRA Silk Central Business Analyst Certification (CBAP/CCBA or equivalent) Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements Create business process flows, use cases, and functional documentation Develop requirements traceability matrices Support system, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing Facilitate JAD sessions and stakeholder workshops Assist with project planning, risk/issue tracking, status reporting, and project deliverables Support production implementation, user training, and documentation updates Interview Expectations If selected for interview, applicants will be expected to adhere to the following procedures. Must show the interview room with your camera to the hiring team before the interview begins. Must only use the microphone and speakers of the computer. No earbuds or headsets. Must not use an application generated background during the online video meeting. Must not be running any audio or video sharing applications on the computer. Must only have one (1) monitor and no cell phone. Must share your desktop for the entire meeting.
