Essential Skills: 8+years of experience in Oracle HCM Techno-functional in implementation or maintenance. Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM in Core HR, Payroll, Talent, Learning, Compensation, Absence Management, Benefits. Hands-on with Redwood UI, VBCS, and Data Masking. Desirable Skills: Technical Support: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize the Oracle batch job system for performance and scalability. Collaboration: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
