The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills, experience gathering requirements for AI solutions, and the ability to bridge business and technical teams. Location: Remote (USA) Duration: 6 Months Experience: 8-10 Years Key Responsibilities: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for AI, Generative AI, and Intelligent Automation initiatives. Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement elicitation sessions. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps. Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for AI, Machine Learning, and Predictive Analytics. Perform feasibility studies, business impact analysis, ROI estimation, and cost-benefit analysis. Manage requirement traceability, prioritization, and scope throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and AI development teams. Required Skills: 8-10 years of Business Analysis experience. Experience working on AI/Generative AI initiatives. Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills. User Story and Use Case creation. Business Process Analysis. Requirement Prioritization & Traceability. Scope Management. SDLC and Agile methodologies. Business Impact Analysis. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Basic understanding of Python (preferred). Preferred Skills: BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) domain experience. Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, and Intelligent Automation. Regulatory and Compliance understanding. Agile/Scrum experience.
