Drive execution across Engineering, Product, and Go-to-Market teams. Develop project plans, manage scope, timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones. Identify risks, resolve blockers, and communicate program status to executive leadership. Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable advertising products and services. Balance technical, business, and operational priorities while ensuring successful program execution. Qualifications: 5+ years of Engineering Program Management experience in large-scale engineering organizations. Experience delivering complex applications and services at enterprise scale. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
