Interpersonal Skills Strong interpersonal skills are required to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Flexible Schedule The candidate must be able to work flexible hours| including weeknights and weekends. There is no planned overtime expected| only a flexible schedule to accommodate weeknight and weekend production deployments. Technical Aptitude Ability to quickly learn new applications and technologies for production support and validation testing. Database Skills Proficiency in SQL| Dremio| and Snowflake is necessary. The candidate should be familiar with reading and analyzing data| as well as understanding database structures. Coding Experience Some coding experience is a plus| but not required| as it will enhance the candidates ability to contribute to various technical tasks. System Architecture Understanding A solid understanding of system architecture is warranted for analyzing and improving existing systems.
