You will play an important role in creating high-level design artifacts and will deliver high quality code to solve relevant team problems. Responsibilities: Work in a globally distributed team to provide innovative and robust cloud solutions Lead, prioritize, and deliver multiple concurrent software development projects Drive the design, engineering, integration, and enhancements of Agile and DevOps enablement tools and applications by utilizing Site Reliability and DevOps principles Follow software development processes and practices (Functional Specification and Testing, Design Specifications, Code Reviews, Unit Testing, Monitoring) Interface with business and operations teams Lead and mentor team members on DevOps practices Reduce toil, increase automation, evaluate new technologies and explore their applicability to address new requirements Integrate, configure, document and deploy compliant infrastructure and supporting services in the Cloud platform Design, Optimization and Documentation of the Operational aspects of the Cloud platform Troubleshoot problems, fix bugs Collaborate with Risk Management to ensure necessary controls to Cloud services are deployed and tested Migrate complex, multi-tier applications from on-prem to AWS Selecting appropriate AWS services to design and deploy an application based on given requirements Understand Application stack such as React and Drupal, Java, Node Js Required Qualifications: 8+ years experience configuring, building, and deploying applications into cloud (AWS, DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Terraform) Hands on experience with AWS services (EC2, EKS, API GW, RDS, SQS) Building, deploying and maintaining container images (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS) Familiarity with DevOps practices and Site Reliability Engineering processes and tools Knowledge in management and configuration of Jenkins (JJB), SonarQube, Ansible is a plus Proficiency in one of the popular scripting languages (Python, Java/Groovy) Solid understanding of source control systems (Git, Subversion) Excellent problem-solving skills, soft skills, sense of humor, quality, and delivery mindset Strong sense of personal accountability Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience Keywords: continuous integration continuous deployment javascript New Jersey http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=353424&uid= |
