Our applications handle high volume payment origination, processing, settlement, and support capabilities for our business team. The resource should understand project management and have strong business analysis. They should emphasize business focus on prioritized value, attention to detail, quality, and efficient delivery. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a bright individual with hands-on project management experience to use their skills in a challenging and rewarding environment. The position will require strong interpersonal and organizational skill as it entails business requirements discovery and formalization across teams. Required: 8+ years of relevant experience. Experience working at a fast-paced financial institution (hedge fund or investment bank) Experience working in an Agile environment. Proficient skills in working with Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Specification documents. Superior communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to set and maintain priorities in a multi-task environment. Experience in product demos, presentations, and user training. Strong work ethic, self-motivation, proactivity, and organizational skills Skills: Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio); JIRA; SQL. Responsibilities: Help define detailed functional specifications for new features based on existing UI/UX paradigms. Assisting with functional reviews, testing and validation during the software development lifecycle. Work with businesses and internal teams to get a deep understanding and expertise on the applications under Global Payments Platform. Communicate all key project plans, commitments, and changes including requirements, QA plans, schedule, and scope changes. Identify and analyze business needs, conducts requirement gathering, and define project scope and objectives. Translate business requirements into application requirements. Work with project and program managers, technical leads, business owners and developers throughout the whole SDLC. Personal: Ability and willingness to learn and be trained on new complex systems and processes. Outstanding problem-solving skills with a proactive approach towards assignments. Great interpersonal skills, proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented. Capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
