MUST HAVE: NOTES FROM MANAGER / REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Really looking for strong candidates to focus on all things testing, from strategy and planning through execution with the ability to lead a dedicated team. Banking background is now a Must Have. Skill Set 1: SIT and UAT test management/coordination experience, preferably with collateral servicing systems Skill Set 2: Ability to write business requirements and test scripts/cases Skill Set 3: Strong communication and problem-solving skills Can this role be fulfilled remotely No Must have extensive experience as a Test Lead w/ SIT & UAT Management. Hybrid 4 days onsite/1 day remote in Buffalo, NY required. Upgrading Collateral Loan Management System Old product is STOC & the vendor is Broadridge. New product is EXPERE w/ the vendor also being Broadridge, so any previous experience w/ STOC, EXPERE, or Broadridge would be a huge plus. Must possess strong SIT exp., & be able to work across other business units. Must possess strong UAT management exp. Will create test plans, resource plans, & scheduling testing. May write test cases/scripts if applicable. Must communicate well w/ Senior Managers across the bank. Strong exp. w/ test planning, execution, & communication skills. 12 to 18 month contract, no potential for conversion to hire. May have 1 conversion that will occur over the weekend later in 2026, or 2027 (manager will advise). Hours: 8am to 5pm ET. Will review resumes in Fieldglass ASAP, & reject if not a fit, or schedule interviews as hes looking to fill this ASAP. 1 to 2 rounds of virtual interview to be expected. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Combined minimum of 5 years; higher education and/or operational/business analytics experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Strong time management skills. Strong lateral thinking skills. Strong problem-solving skills. Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software packages. Excellent problem solving skills to assist in issue resolution EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: Bachelors degree. Subject matter expert in business with knowledge or experience utilizing application/system being supported. Capable of working on multiple projects of a moderately complex to complex nature. Proven understanding of applications supported with a sound good knowledge of interfacing/integrated applications. Ability to effectively use project management, word processing and spreadsheet applications. Good understanding of the Bank's application framework. Familiarity with application development software and hardware platforms. Ability to understand business supported and its terminology. Ability to effectively present to all levels of management. Ability to multitask for various components of moderately complex to complex projects. Ability to coordinate between applications and business units. Ability to work in a team environment as well as autonomously. Ability to recognize project milestones and delivery dates. Ability to recommend and implement solutions. Proactive. Detail-oriented. Growing understanding of Bank acquisition methodology or relevant conversion experience.
