Candidates must currently reside within a 50-mile radius of Austin Duration: 6+ months Mode of Interview: Teams 1 profile ONLY The Business Analyst will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams during the modernization of a legacy system. This person will analyze existing processes and data, identify inefficiencies, gather and document business and functional requirements, and translate program needs into actionable technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with legacy-system analysis, requirements gathering, business process mapping, data analysis, and user acceptance testing. Responsibilities include conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops, preparing BRDs and FRDs, documenting current- and future-state processes, developing use cases and test cases, managing scope and requirement trade-offs, and ensuring the implemented solution meets stakeholder expectations. Project management experience or a PMP certification is a strong plus.
