Front End Engineer

Duration: 3-6 month contract

Location: Would need to be onsite 1 day a week in Brookfield, WI. So local would be preferred..

*Want someone who can train the team as well on how to develop and maintain consistency from a UX/UI standpoint.

*75% will be hands on development and 25% will be teaching the team.

Client Requested Deliverables:

*Review current angular framework implementation and help develop a plan to improve it and migrate to a modern Angular version with scalability, security, and best practices in mind.

*Participate with the Gomoll project team to help translate questions and produce responses as necessary and act as a technical lead to the project.

*Work with the engineering team to help produce workspace and build automation to ensure engineers have best and most productive work experience when working on UI/UX elements.

*Lead engineering team training on nuances of the Gomoll design, web principles. Angular and the framework implementation.

*Work with the architecture team to help develop best practices and rules-of-the-road for future development and Angular upgrades.

Must Have Skillsets:

*Someone who has developed a front-end for enterprise, financial, back-office, or accounting software.

*Leadership experience in training others in UX/UI framework implementations.

*Angular experience.

*Great leadership and communication skills.
