Personnel Structure (Basic Org Management and Personnel Admin). Pay scale structure Payroll Schema, Basic Payroll Structure for Benefits. Benefits Structure Medical, Dental, life etc.(employee contributions, employer contributions etc..) Migration for HR Data Conversion Org unit / BA / CC: 6000 (approx.) Benefit Recipients: 21000 (approx.) Portico Employees: 200 Functional Specs for Custom code to extract benefit details per pay cycle and create a SD/Billing document to Churches/DayCare etc. Functional specs for Custom code to for switching the primary member to another family member so that they can cover for the benefit costs Guide and work with the SDC team to deliver the above.
