Hands on experience with using tools to document process, data models, flows and requirement management using tools such as Erwin, ER Studio, Draw.io, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Confluence, Jira. 7-10+ yrs. of professional experience with in-depth Conceptual / Logical/ Physical Data Modelling skillset Hands-on relational, dimensional, and/or analytic experience (using traditional technologies for ingestion, processing, streaming, querying, and persisting data such as RDBMS, ETL, Java, etc.) Proactive, problem-solving, self-motivated and independent critical-thinker Comfortable driving execution of tasks with limited information or ambiguity, and mentoring junior data analysts Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to monitor linkages/dependencies and tight deadlines Clarity and precision in oral/written communication Responsibilities: We are seeking a strongly independent individual to be part of our team throughout this program. The candidate will: Have direct delivery responsibility - to lead workshops and interviews with across various regions, culture & time zones among Business, operations, technology and control functions Define priorities, to understand current & target state lending processes, and to document the requirements & system solutions proposed. Ensure that the outputs of the analysis are created per standard practices including functional requirements, use cases, process and data flow diagrams, etc. Be responsible for reviewing the proposed the conceptual and logical data models, employing reverse engineering and evaluating the design feasibility of those models against existing physical data models across each lending system Articulating variances, discrepancies, compatibility challenges, ramification issues and optimization opportunities that can minimize implementation risks across lending systems Review impact analysis to up and downstream process and systems and ensure they are addressed as part of the detailed functional solution / impact analysis.
