The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Python, Agentic AI frameworks, Generative AI, RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG), multi-agent orchestration, cloud platforms, and enterprise AI application development. As an Agentic AI Lead, you will define technical architecture, mentor engineering teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and deliver scalable AI solutions that solve complex business challenges. Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise Agentic AI solutions. Design and implement autonomous AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar technologies. Develop scalable Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources. Build AI copilots, intelligent assistants, workflow automation, and multi-agent systems. Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, or Amazon Nova into enterprise applications. Design and develop MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers and AI tool integrations. Build secure AI applications with authentication, authorization, guardrails, Develop REST APIs and microservices to integrate AI capabilities with enterprise platforms. Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, cost eiciency, and latency. Lead code reviews, technical design sessions, and architecture discussions. Mentor AI engineers and establish engineering best practices. Collaborate with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Data Engineers, and DevOps teams. Drive production deployment, monitoring, evaluation, and continuous improvement of AI systems. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or masters degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. 812 years of software development experience with at least 35 years in AI/ML and Generative AI. Strong hands-on experience in Python development. Proven experience designing and deploying Agentic AI applications. Experience working with enterprise-scale LLM solutions. Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI orchestration. Experience developing production-grade AI applications on cloud platforms. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
