As a BRM, they will maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders and external partners, ensuring expectations are clearly communicated and that IT solutions align with strategic goals. They will also provide focused business analysis support such as assisting with requirements clarification, documenting processes at a high level, and supporting decision-making discussions. Limited testing support may be required, including reviewing requirements for completeness, validating solution behaviors, and confirming that final deliverables meet business needs. Technical & Methodology Expertise: The resource is expected to have practical experience with Azure DevOps, Agile frameworks, and standard SDLC practices. This includes supporting backlog management, refining user stories, coordinating sprint activities, and ensuring traceability across the development lifecycle. They will contribute to effective visibility of work and promote consistent communication between business and IT teams.
