The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to gather requirements, define business processes, and support the delivery of Appian-based business solutions across Ad Sales and related media applications. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, document, and analyze business requirements. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria. Work with Appian architects and development teams to design and implement scalable business solutions. Conduct current-state and future-state process analysis and identify process improvement opportunities. Facilitate workshops, requirements-gathering sessions, and stakeholder reviews. Support UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and business sign-off activities. Ensure traceability between business requirements and delivered solutions. Act as a liaison between business users, product teams, and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle. Required Skills & Experience Business Analysis 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise application projects. Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, process modeling, gap analysis, and documentation. Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflow diagrams, and process maps. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies. Appian Platform Strong understanding of the Appian framework and platform capabilities. Experience working on Appian-based workflow, case management, and business process automation solutions. Ability to effectively collaborate with Appian developers, architects, and QA teams. Understanding of Appian objects, process models, interfaces, records, integrations, and deployment lifecycle. Ad Sales Domain Good understanding of Media & Entertainment Ad Sales processes. Knowledge of Ad Sales business functions including: Order Management Campaign Management Inventory Management Pricing & Yield Management Traffic Operations Billing & Revenue Recognition Sales Planning and Forecasting Familiarity with Ad Sales ecosystems and related applications/platforms is highly desirable. Understanding of linear, digital, OTT, streaming, or cross-platform advertising workflows is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with media companies, broadcasters, OTT platforms, or AdTech organizations. Exposure to workflow modernization and digital transformation initiatives. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to work with geographically distributed teams and executive stakeholders.
