Position Summary We are seeking 1 IT Business Analysts to support global pharma manufacturing deployments. The IT BA will work closely with business stakeholders, the System Integrator, and internal IT teams to design, deliver, and test solutions that enable efficient manufacturing execution and supply chain processes. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Act as the IT liaison for business stakeholders, representing IT in workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design. Translate business user stories into technical user stories and ensure alignment with system integrators (). Support solution design and testing for Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and SAP eWM integrations. Collaborate with contractors, business users, and system integrators to ensure smooth delivery of releases. Serve as the technical spokesperson for the customer with the SI, ensuring solutions meet business and compliance needs. Drive and coordinate testing activities across impacted systems and sites. End to End Manufacturing processes Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and MES integration with SAP SAP S4 HANA and EWM modules. Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer are completed in line with program timelines. Provide expertise in: ________________________________________ Qualifications & Experience 7+ years of IT Business Analysis experience, preferably in pharma manufacturing or regulated industries. Strong background in manufacturing processes and IT systems supporting manufacturing. Expertise in one of the following domains: Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and MES integration with SAP SAP S4 HANA and EWM in Production Logistics area Hands-on experience with SAP-based solutions and strong understanding of ERP/MES landscapes. Proven ability to gather, document, and manage user stories and functional requirements. Experience coordinating with system integrators. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and testing leadership skills.
