Demonstrated ability to produce low-fidelity wireframes, journey maps, and UX patterns that communicate concepts quickly and invite feedback. Experience planning or supporting user discovery sessions, interviews, or workshops. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate between business stakeholders, end users, and technical teams. Familiarity with data visualization principles and how users consume dashboards, reports, and insights. Comfort working in ambiguous, early-stage discovery environments where requirements are still being defined. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a retail or consumer-facing organization, with an understanding of merchandising, supply chain, e-commerce, or store operations data. Familiarity with analytics and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and modern data product concepts. Experience contributing to design systems or reusable pattern libraries. Exposure to organizational design or capability-building work, such as informing role definitions and team structures.
