Work closely with business stakeholders, traders, operations, technology teams, and other subject-matter experts. Support the design, configuration, implementation, and enhancement of FX trading platforms. Analyze existing systems and processes and identify opportunities for improvement and modernization. Support system migration initiatives, including requirements gathering, mapping, testing, validation, and implementation. Participate in end-to-end trade lifecycle analysis covering trade capture, confirmation, settlement, payments, and reporting. Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and actionable technology requirements. Develop process flows, business requirements documents, functional specifications, and related documentation. Support integration and messaging requirements related to FX and treasury systems. Collaborate with development, QA, architecture, and production support teams throughout the SDLC. Participate in testing activities, including test planning, test case development, defect analysis, and user acceptance testing. Identify and resolve functional issues and system/process gaps. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Qualifications Business Analysis Experience 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role. Strong experience within the financial services or banking industry. Demonstrated experience working with FX trading or treasury systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology requirements. Excellent written, verbal, communication, and presentation skills. FX Domain Expertise Deep functional knowledge of Foreign Exchange (FX) products, including: Spot Forwards Swaps Options Other FX/treasury instruments Strong understanding of the end-to-end FX trade lifecycle, including trade capture, confirmation, settlement, payments, and reporting. Understanding of treasury and FX operational processes and workflows. Platform Expertise Proven hands-on experience with ION FX platforms. Strong experience with Calypso. Understanding of the architecture, modules, functionality, and capabilities of ION FX and Calypso. Experience configuring, implementing, enhancing, or supporting these platforms. System Migration Proven experience supporting or leading system migration initiatives. Experience with requirements analysis, data/process mapping, testing, validation, cutover, and post-migration support. Direct experience migrating from Spectrum FX is highly preferred. SWIFT Strong knowledge of SWIFT messaging protocols and standards. Experience with SWIFT messaging related to treasury, FX, payments, and settlements. Ability to analyze and document messaging requirements and integration flows. Preferred Qualifications Experience with large-scale FX platform modernization or replacement initiatives. Experience working with multiple FX trading, treasury, settlement, and payment systems. Experience with system integrations and financial messaging. Experience working in Agile or hybrid SDLC environments. Experience supporting user acceptance testing and production implementations.
