This resource will be responsible for: support business growth and program execution for the API Integration Services team Act as the lead for new pursuits and be responsible for leading and coordinating captures that include multiple programs and customer sets Responsible for strategy development and execution across service areas. Consult with program managers, functional managers in the execution of their responsibilities Responsible for proposal development and contract execution Leading complex technical development projects with accelerated timelines using adjusted Agile methodologies. Run daily Agile Scrum calls. Coordinating interdependencies, risks and issues between assigned projects. Identifying and managing resource conflicts. Coordinating SDLC tasks. Requirement 10+ years of experience leading the design, development, and implementation of Information Technology Projects. 7 years of experience Agile software product development and rollout 7 years of experience of leading distributed teams of Scrum Masters, Business Systems Analysts and Systems Development Analysts, internal and external onsite and offshore. Prior experience with Atlassian Suites JIRA application required. Outstanding record of project management success, both in results achieved and in use of professional methodology. Pro-active in developing and implementing strategies that significantly mitigate risk. Experience of managing project financial; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective action. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Business strategy aptitude Decision-making and leadership skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Partners with program manager and program director in understanding and creating opportunities and in making timely choices Fosters and manages productive relationships with product owners and sponsors Participate in product/project roadmap planning Acts as a champion for business process updates/changes.
