Objective is to have a resource that can work with Client manual and repetitive work flow task for claims, billing, and denial management in the Revenue Cycle Management process to develop Use cases and process flow in a RPA platform to automate the task For phase 1 of the project, it is only discovery so the resource only needs to have the ability to review the work flows and document which work flows in RCM could be automated in a RPA platform with an estimation on the time that it would take to implement that use case or workflow. (1.) To prepare and or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements. (2.) To understand the business requirements and map it to functional specifications. (3.) Suggest design solutions. (4.) To participate and facilitate the walkthrough to brief the Functional Specification mapping to Business Requirements. (5.)
