OBIEE Developer Location: New York City, NY Note- This candidate is required to work from Client Office at New York City, NY for 2 days in a week Contract Rate $65/hr to $70/hr on C2C OBIEE Report and Dashboard Development, Modelling Responsibilities Participate in requirements analysis, by helping to capture, document and prioritize the customers business and technical needs. Contribute to the design and implementation of the metadata, ETL and/or reporting components of the solution. This includes testing and, at times, deployment of the components. Produce client deliverables such as detailed design documentation, configuration documentation, and unit test plans. Conduct report validation efforts to ensure proper data representation. Manage OBIEE caching for efficient report generation. Create custom reports, dashboard, enhanced UI features. Regularly communicate status on progress, problems and plans to leadership; adapt to changes in the project plan and customer requirements. Adhere to best practices for design and implementation of BI solutions as established by the team and technical leadership. Create and modify OBIEE physical, business and presentation layer components. Optimize OBIEE report performance. Requirements: 6+ years of experience in OBIEE reporting and dashboard development and support Should have strong OBIEE, SQL and database design experience and should be familiar with Informatica ETL tool. Work with user to design and develop OBIEE reports and dashboards. Should have knowledge of data warehousing principle. Implement and Design the OBIEE RPD physical, business and presentation layers. Understanding of the underlying technology including setup, tuning and administration. Must know how to write advance SQL, use Oracle's SQL aggregate and analytic functions. Must have an understanding of repository objects designed from ROLAP data models, hierarchies, levels. Must have an understanding of OBIEE ad-hoc reports development process. Must have an understanding of creating maps/interactive dashboard catalog objects. Knowledge in agents and their schedule functionality is preferred. OBIEE Security (Weblogic) Configuration Implementation Experience is preferred. Implementation experience in Agile methodology. Good Communication & Interpersonal skills Thanks and Regards!!
