Hyperion TECHNO-FUNCTIONAL Location: Waltham, MA OR Carlsbad, CA- Remote Contract Rate $65/hr to $70/hr on C2C This is REMOTE position.. Hyperion Suite of products and related technological Assessment, Design, Solution, Delivery and Maintenance Responsible to develop and understand user requirements related to enterprise-wide Finance Consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting and Management reporting and design solutions using Hyperion Suite of applications and the compatible technologies, Participate in system design activities and reviews detailed application module specifications, classes, objects, methods, and other software components. Ensures Developed solutions meet technical and functional requirements. Coordinate and integrate applications, infrastructure, data and processes to support improvements, implement the scalable architecture and low-code platform to stay ahead of rapid change Experience of modern Agile development, database, and automation techniques. Reviews existing system architecture and develop improvements and participates in engineering reviews to determine any ambiguities Guide and support teams on Troubleshooting calls and help with identifying root cause and address production issues quickly and effectively Scrutinizes change requests to determine the magnitude of changes done and the impact on systems landscape and related business processes. Troubleshoot business users issues (i.e., SmartView, Essbase Excel Add in, Essbase, Financial Reporting, Workspace Studio) Understand and guide the implementation of applications for Data flow, Meta data governance, Maintenance and rules changes related to components like chart of accounts, entities, scenarios, and custom members Develop and maintain processes and services designed to maintain ongoing alignment with overall Business requirement. Experience Techno functional Development experience in Hyperion Suite of products such as Hyperion, EPBCS, PCMCS, EDMCS, FDMEE, DRM etc) Experience writing Jython scripting. Writing import scripts and troubleshooting custom and event scripts Should have knowledge and be able to demonstrate the capability to Integrate multiple sources Experience with Batch processing Experience troubleshooting data load issues, reading the process log, and debug logging Good understanding of location and intermediate security in Shared Services and FDMEE Understanding of Data Protect with HFM is a plus Data validation experience using SmartView is a plus Experience troubleshooting Excel template issues a plus Good knowledge of FDMEE reports. Troubleshooting issues, query and report definitions, template and language files, modification in BI Publisher a plus Experience with Data Management and FDM Classic a plus Thanks and Regards!!
