Designing and developing the chatbot solution. Peer review of deliverables. Working with the operational teams during the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and production roll-out Fixing bugs during UAT and SIT (have knowledge of debugging for troubleshoot errors presented) Demonstrates ability to learn and retain complex material Responsible for Unit testing and its documentation before rolling out to test environment Support in production roll out and fix bugs for quick resolution. Running process, replicating error in development and test environment, Revision of logs, support in versioning to production. Being a Senior developer, Training and guidance to the team whenever required. Work in a team. Competencies Business Process Management(BPM) Essential Skills: Experience in Business Process Management with K2 workflow tool. Solid understanding of BPM workflow along with its architecture. Design workflow solution using k2 workflow studio Building and implementing custom UI designs for K2 forms with K2 designer. Expert knowledge of creating and modifying complex workflows. Integration of K2 with message broker, API, Database, RPA etc. Expertise in Java programming like core java, Javascript. Expertise in writing rules inside workflow. Familiar with SOAP, REST Services AI Chat bot implementation on any platform Troubleshooting and deployment. Knowledge of source control systems like GIT. Solid understanding of SOA concepts and implementations Strong on the fundamentals of HTML5 Technologies, CSS 3 Develop best practices and create technical documentation. Assess the effectiveness of extraction algorithms. Support end users on understanding extracted data. Experience in Production roll-out and bug fixing in production.
