This includes planning and estimating the work, communicating inside and outside the team, delivering to agreed specifications Applying relevant practices and methods to accelerate and optimize effectiveness and speed, manage changes, follow compliance requirements Supporting the Development Team and the Product Owner to reach the development goals A change agent who advocates for continuous improvement and is Innovative, Analytical and a Strategic Problem solver Helping by facilitating our Agile ceremonies Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint Create metrics to increase transparency Support the Product Owner in taking care of the Sprint Backlog Knowledge of SCRUM and Kanban methods a mandatory Experience in using Jira, AWS DevOps or other relevant tools Experience in Cloud Technologies Knowledge of acting in specific role skills per project (SCRUM Master, Product Owner, etc). Good communication skills and the ability to build high quality relationships with IT and shared service organizations, business partners, clients, users, company leaders and external partners. Ability to contribute and influence across levels and functions. Experience working with multiple practices / teams and collaborate Experience in cloud transformation / digital transformation projects preferred English proficiency and at least a Bachelor's degree. Certified Scrum Master or related training is a must To succeed, this roles responsibilities would involve: Must have skills: - Certified Scrum Master - Cloud Certification - Knowledge in Cloud based projects, preferably on AWS - People Management including performance management and recruitment Good to have skills: Project Management related certifications (eg. PMI, PMP, Prince2, PSM, PSPO, SCRUM, SAFe, etc).
