Candidate should be well versed with test tools like Quality center, JIRA Candidate should understand Testing methodologies Candidate should be located in Chicago or surrounding area Interact with business, clients and development teams to understand the business needs and IT implementation and translate it into testable requirements to finalize the testing scope of the project / enhancement Work closely with IT team (Amdocs and Client) to make them understand the different issues that are encountered during testing phase, and its potential impact on Production Drive the design and review of test cases, document and track testing progress and communicate the report to key stakeholders. Conduct internal audit and spot checks to ensure that solution is properly tested and meets client specifications, and deliverables are well-documented. Prepare and prioritize the tasks for all involved teams and assist them in understanding the scope in order to achieve completion on time.
