http://bit.ly/4ey8w48 https://jobs.nvoids.com/job_details.jsp?id=370054&uid= From: Arun kumar, yochana IT [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] UX/UI Developer / Researcher Reston VA or Frisco TX or Cary NC(Onsite 2 days a week) Contract Profiles Needed Required Qualifications Masters or doctoral degree in a field using mixed methods research (both qualitative and quantitative) An excellent research portfolio with examples of mixed methods research methodologies and projects 3+ years of experience utilizing primary data collection methodologies (e.g., surveys/questionnaires, interviews, focus groups) to address research objectives Supporting UX/CX Research project(s) for company websites as a research lead Ethnography, data visualization, and/or service design research Mixed-method research focusing on consumer behaviors Work with stakeholders to set a research roadmap/timeline Evangelize UX research benefits and follow best practices to stakeholders Ability to drive projects from start to finish with minimal supervision including: design, conduct, analyze, and report and present data gathered from qualitative and quantitative research techniques including key-stroke level modeling (KLM), usability testing, contextual inquiry/field studies, surveys, interviews, heuristic evaluations, focus groups, card sorts, ethnography and persona development, and rapid iterative testing within an Agile environment Work with product teams to identify and prioritize user research requirements, including timelines, scope, and methodologies Collaborate with product teams to identify remediation solutions for issues identified from research Collaborate with product teams to develop research goals, identify tasks and scenarios, and establish a test environment Create and deliver study result reports to all levels of stakeholders within the organization Establish research and usability metrics strategies for project teams Experience with common research and design tools like Figma, MUIQ, User Zoom, User Testing, Optimal Workshop, Dedoose, NVivo, Qualtrics, Asana Preferred Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills including research report writing as well as presentations intended for diverse audiences Solid interpersonal savvy and the ability to build relationships both internally and outside the enterprise Proven record of publication in peer-reviewed literature and presentation for national conferences/audiences Thanks & Regards....
