Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products especially Shield and their functionalities. Expert in Salesforce administrative tasks with extensive working experience with Salesforce Shield encryption that can be configured selectively for chosen fields, files, and attachments Working experience with Salesforce Shield event monitoring and Audit Trial for tracking the history on multiple fields. Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems. Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration. Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases. Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
