Professional experience in information security (Identity Access Management (IAM)) interoperability and integration. Familiarity with major RDBMS systems, processes, and data flows (SQL, Oracle, DB2, etc.) Design, and develop ETL jobs to detect, identify & report data anomalies. The ability to drill down data and visualize it in the best possible way through charts, reports, or dashboards. Experience creating overall concepts for the user experience within a business webpage or product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS, Angular, NodeJS and comparable languages. Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical customers or stakeholders Hands-on with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence. Responsibility: Conduct interviews to gather client requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods. Documenting requirements and detailed solutions to enable the development team Coordinate extensively with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure business case and customer satisfaction goals are met Deliver the solution to meet the goal, quality, budget, and timeline Develop a deep understanding of the products and be able to relate the functioning of the product to apply to the benefit of the client Present and demo products to clients as part of sales meetings, presales, user trainings and feedback gathering.
